Each private room has it’s own state of the art traditional dry sauna with infrared lighting.
And our group area has the most beautiful sauna in all of Mexico. Big enough to fit 25 people but we keep capacity at 12 people so as to maintain ultimate comfort.
The traditional sauna lets us reach higher temperatures and the accompanying infrared bulbs allow for deeper penetration.

Get cool and stay cooler with our custom designed cold plunges. They are kept icy-cold between 0-4°C / 32-40°F. And we always have ice on hand if you want them cooler.
They are SO comfortable you could spend a whole day in there. Wink, wink.
